Being German/American I wanted a full mask featuring half Stars and Stripes and half the German flag. I looked on google images. Nothing. So I wrote Iron Horse, told them what I wanted and a few minutes ago, I had what I needed. THAT is a template for great customer service.
I wonder if these folks KNOW they have a monopoly? In my opinion anyway.
This is an honest assessment of what I have experienced with Iron Horse.
