Return Policy

We admit it! We have a pretty tough return policy. We have had an “exchange only” policy from day one of business, over 12 years ago.  The reason?  The reason is simple:

We don't know what happens to a motorcycle helmet once it leaves our warehouse. You may feel free to exchange a helmet for any item you wish, but we are not going to try to resell that helmet so we are already losing out on that deal.    

Then you have those customers who are not sure what size they are.  So what do they try to do?  They order one of each size and return the ones that don't fit.  No one wants to put a motorcycle helmet on their head after you had your head in it.....Have you ever heard of lice?

Used motorcycle helmets are like used underwear. Enough said.
