Where is your customer service located?

Right here at our warehouse in Pelham, Alabama. Not some call center halfway around the planet! The phone will be answered by a person, not a computer asking you to press endless amounts of numbers only to end up back where you started. Unless the person assigned to answering the phone has fallen asleep again. In which case please leave a message on the answering machine and we'll call you back.
