We did LuckyYogi wrong

Conversation between Emma Jane and Iron Horse Helmets

Hi,

I am one of the many loyal supporters of LuckyYogi helmet bows that was appalled to see your site selling what appears to be a knock off of her product. The fact that you have even used her pictures is very disheartening, as I know how much time and effort she puts in to making every single one of her bows. To see them 'stolen' by another website and sold at less than half the price does not do her many years of effort justice at all.

She is very upset by this, and it really angers her client base to see her so hurt by such actions... I hope that it has all been some kind of misunderstanding and can be resolved without further action being taken.

From what I can see, you have a well respected business and a great client base, so please respect the hard work and creativity of a fellow motorcycle enthusiast... We are a community which faces enough difficulty without exploiting one another. I truly hope this has all been unintentional, and that we can all continue to support the motorcycle industry without further hurt being caused.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I wish you all the best with your business.

Regards,
Emma.
We would like to thank Emma Jane for not jumping to conclusions like many people on Facebook and the social media networks.  Iron Horse Helmets is not a manufacturer,  we are a distributor.

We placed the images, description and retail price that was given to us on by the manufacturer on our website and had never heard of LuckyYogi or her website before this afternoon.

Being Sunday we would like to apologize for the delay in answering all the Facebook comments and we will be sure to take this up with the manufacturer tomorrow.

We have taken to bows off our site and thank the people who were polite in this manner, It was our fault for not Googling (is that a real word?) ourselves.
